Prepare for Your Assessment

At your appointment time, your doctor will meet you in the lobby, introduce themselves and walk you back to an adjusting room. We start by explaining exactly what to expect during your appointment. The first 10 minutes of the conversation are simply to confirm you qualify for our care and that we’re the right clinic for what you need. If we’re not, we’ll give you the contact information for exactly who you need to see.

FAQs

Common Questions We Hear Every Week

Transparency builds trust — we’re here to help you understand your care before, during, and after treatment.

Will chiropractic adjustments hurt?

Most patients describe adjustments as relief or “pressure release.” Some feel mild soreness afterward, similar to starting a new workout. We’ll choose the technique that fits your comfort and your case.

Do you adjust on the first visit?

If it’s safe and appropriate, yes. If we need imaging first, we’ll refer you out for X-rays before we proceed.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long it’s been going on, and how your body responds. We typically work week-to-week and adjust the plan based on progress, using our experience to make sure you’re getting the best options for the care you deserve.

Do you accept insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we can provide receipts you may be able to submit for reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Can you help during pregnancy or postpartum?

Yes. We support pregnancy and postpartum-related pain with a gentle approach, and our team has specific training in this area.
