Prepare for Your Assessment

At your appointment time, your doctor will meet you in the lobby, introduce themselves and walk you back to an adjusting room. We start by explaining exactly what to expect during your appointment. The first 10 minutes of the conversation are simply to confirm you qualify for our care and that we’re the right clinic for what you need. If we’re not, we’ll give you the contact information for exactly who you need to see.

Assessment and Exam

You’ll share what’s bringing you in, and we’ll ask thorough questions to get closer to a clear direction. If we’re confident we can help, we’ll move into an exam right there in the same room, and you stay fully dressed.

Next Steps, Clearly Explained

Based on what we find, we may provide an adjustment that day if it’s safe and appropriate, or refer you out for X-rays if needed. Either way, you’ll leave understanding what’s going on and what we recommend.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

In most cases, no. You can book directly and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What should I expect at my first visit?

You’ll start with a conversation about your symptoms and goals, followed by an assessment. From there, we’ll explain our recommendations clearly so you understand the plan.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what’s going on and how long it’s been there. We’ll outline a plan based on your assessment and adjust it as you progress.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance does not contribute directly to your care at our office. However, upon request we can provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
